What makes a Whiff and Sniff Candles so special?
Our shooters are hand made and scented to maximum capacity. They're made in the USA, not mass produced in a factory someplace in Asia and then shipped to the US. Only quality materials are used in the production of the candles, and they are lead free, and clean burning. With Whiff and Sniff Candles you are ordering a unique product that is sure to fill your home with a pleasant aroma!
How are the candles packaged and shipped? (I want to be sure that my candles arrive in one piece.)
Domestic US orders 2 pounds and under are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. ALL US orders 2 pounds and higher will be shipped in a flat rate United States Postal Service Priority Mail box. During Free Shipping sales we do reserve the right to ship the way we feel fit. Currently at this time you must email and ask for permission before placing an order outside of the US. All orders are well packaged and labeled as fragile. They will also be shipped with a tracking number via Delivery Confirmation, to ensure it reaches you in a timely manner. If you receive a damaged order, notify your delivery person and us immediately so we can attend to your situation.
Can I pick up my order?
If you are in the Phoenix area (or are willing to travel), we can make arrangements for you to pick up your order. I would love to meet you and show you my shop as well!
What methods of payment do you accept?
Currently we are set up to accept orders via Paypal. We no longer accept money orders as a form of payment.
Can I order a shooter and have it sent as a gift to another address with a gift note attached?
Of course! (and it's free, too!)
Are you a "Secret Buddy" friendly business?
Yes! Any order can be sent directly to a secret buddy. In the comments area of the shopping cart, please be sure to mention that the order is for a secret buddy, and supply their full name and shipping address. YOU (the buyer) will receive the invoice but your buddy will receive their gift anonymously.
Are these candles sold in stores anywhere?

Could I receive one free sample?
Currently, we do not offer free samples through the website. However, you never know what surprises might be included with your order! Especially if your order fits in a flat rate box!
Do you have any specials?
We do offer monthly specials. There is a category to the left that you will find for that.
Do these candles have a guarantee?
We are proud of the product we make, and we are sure you will be proud of them as well. If you are not satisfied with your candles please let me know.
Can I ask for a specialized shooter to be made?
Any specialized requests will be taken into consideration, so please do not hesitate to ask.
What is your return and refund policy?
We do not offer a return policy. Once our items leave here in your order they can not be returned if you do not enjoy a scent.
What is your policy if I wish to cancel my order?
We do not allow cancelations of orders. Once your order is placed it the funds that have been placed in our paypal account is used to purchase supplies and ship orders. If we let everyone cancel their orders we would have major problems!
What is your privacy policy?
None of the information gathered by Whiff and Sniff Candles is ever sold or distributed to third parties unless required by law to fascilitate a criminal investigation.
